1. Cancellation Policy
PassPharma subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Since our plans are non-recurring, there is no automatic billing after your subscription period ends.
- Your subscription remains active for the full duration of the purchased plan (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) from the date of purchase
- You can continue to use all features until your subscription period expires
- There is no option to "cancel" a subscription mid-term, as access has already been granted for the full period
- Once your plan expires, you will need to purchase a new plan to regain access
If you wish to stop using PassPharma, you may simply let your subscription expire. No further action is required.
2. Refund Policy
As PassPharma provides digital content and services, our refund policy is as follows:
Digital content is generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, we may consider refund requests within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been accessed.
Eligible for Refund
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of purchase and you have not accessed any paid content (MCQs, flashcards, mock tests) on the platform
- Duplicate payment - If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error
- Technical failure - If a payment was deducted but the subscription was not activated due to a system error on our end
- Incorrect plan - If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and contact us within 24 hours without accessing any content (we may offer a plan switch instead of a refund)
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have accessed or used any paid content after purchasing the subscription
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You simply changed your mind about the purchase
- You did not pass the exam or are unsatisfied with your exam results
- You found alternative study resources or no longer need the service
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- A promotional code or discount was applied to your purchase
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your registered email address, the Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email), and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and verify eligibility within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. PassPharma is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are considered non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Accessed Content: Once you have opened, attempted, or viewed any paid quiz, flashcard set, or mock test, the subscription is considered used and non-refundable
- Expired Requests: Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
- Account Violations: If your account was terminated for policy violations, no refund will be issued regardless of remaining subscription time
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription
- Promotional Purchases: Subscriptions purchased with a promo code or at a discounted rate are final and non-refundable
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and contest the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve any issues amicably.
