2. User Accounts

- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

3. Subscription Plans
PassPharma offers the following subscription plans for Drug Inspector exam preparation:
- 3 Month Plan - Access for 90 days from the date of purchase
- 6 Month Plan - Access for 180 days from the date of purchase
- 1 Year Plan - Access for 365 days from the date of purchase
All plans provide full access to our MCQ Question Bank, Flashcard Sets, Mock Tests, and Performance Analytics. Access begins immediately upon successful payment and expires at the end of the subscription period.
Subscription plans do not auto-renew. If you wish to continue using our services after your plan expires, you will need to purchase a new plan.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the following:
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment must be made in full before access is granted
- We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate
- Promotional codes, if applied, are subject to their own terms and conditions and may have restrictions on plan types
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on PassPharma, including but not limited to:
- MCQ questions and explanations
- Flashcard content
- Mock test papers
- Study materials and guides
- Website design, graphics, and logos
- Software code and functionality
is the intellectual property of PassPharma and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent
- Use the content for commercial purposes or share it with non-subscribers
- Screenshot, record, or otherwise capture content for redistribution
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
- Create derivative works based on our content
6. Acceptable Use
When using PassPharma, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Limitation of Liability
PassPharma provides exam preparation materials to aid your study efforts. However, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Passing the MRB Drug Inspector exam or achieving any specific score
- The accuracy, completeness, or currency of all content at all times
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassPharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or exam failure.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.
8. Disclaimer
Our platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that the content will be accurate, reliable, or current at all times.
PassPharma is an independent exam preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Medical Recruitment Board (MRB) or any government body.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorised users
- Redistribution or commercial use of our content
- Any activity that harms PassPharma or its users
Upon termination, your right to access the platform and its content will cease immediately. Any fees already paid are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of PassPharma shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
